Ingredients:
- 2 pounds apples, peeled, cored, and cut into a mixture of chunks and slices
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- stevia to taste
Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, combine apple chunks, apple cider, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
