Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns for unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We can not take returns for opened or partially used products, unless the product is defective as described below. You must contact us first at info@humannaturellc.com or by phone to receive permission to return an item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Replacement
Please contact us at any time with concerns about product quality, storage recommendations, or shelf life. We take product quality and your safety seriously.
If your product arrives open, damaged, expired or seems defective, we encourage you to contact us to arrange a replacement as soon as possible. You must contact us first at info@humannaturellc.com or by phone to receive a replacement. We may require you to return your item for inspection in order to receive your replacement.
If you contact us after 30 days from purchase then replacement is at our discretion. We may not replace products that are expired unless they arrived expired or will expire within 30 days of purchase and you contact us within 30 days of purchase. We encourage you to read the product labels as soon as you unpack them and follow all manufacturer instructions (e.g. refrigeration). We may not offer a replacement if label instructions are not followed.

Unless your product is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs included in your order are not refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
