Baked Apples

A deliciously easy way to warm up your weekday breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Medium Apples
  • 1 lemon or lime, squeezed
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon/Cloves or a dash of nutmeg or apple juice (optional)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Slice the apples coarsely and place in an oven-safe dish.
  • Add a little lemon for the bottom of the dish.
  • Add cinnamon, cloves, apple juice, or a dash of nutmeg, if you like. 
  • Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
