Banana-Poppy Treat

A warm breakfast treat for the winter months.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 large ripe banana, sliced into rounds

Steps:

  • Melt butter in a small stovetop pan, add the poppy seeds, and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the honey, and stir until it is absorbed into the butter, approximately 1 minute.
  • Add the banana slices, and cover them in the sauce.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until they soften (but dont let them become mushy).
