A warm breakfast treat for the winter months.
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 large ripe banana, sliced into rounds
Steps:
- Melt butter in a small stovetop pan, add the poppy seeds, and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the honey, and stir until it is absorbed into the butter, approximately 1 minute.
- Add the banana slices, and cover them in the sauce.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until they soften (but dont let them become mushy).
