- 1/2 cup milk (soy, rice, almond, or organic dairy)
- 1/2 cup carob powder (or cocoa powder)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup maple syrup
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Keeps well in refrigerator.
- Serve with blended frozen banana for a deliciously satisfying snack or dessert, or dip with sour fruits such as strawberries or tart apples.
