- 3 chicken breast halves (organic preferred)
- 1-1/2 cups pasta sauce
- 3 small zucchini or summer squash, chopped
- 1/2 tsp each of oregano, basil, and Italian seasoning
- Put chicken and squash in crockpot, pour sauce over, and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
