Coconut Milk Smoothie


  • ½ cup or more organic coconut milk (from can to avoid preservatives).
  • 1-2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tsp spirulina or green drink powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • Handful of fresh veggies like kale, lettuce, bok choy, celery, beet, etc.


  • Blend, adding a little water or ice as needed for the right consistency
