Ingredients:
- 1 Tbls. coconut oil
- 1-2 tsp, ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/8 cup chopped nuts, your choice
- 2-3 Tbls. coconut flake
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls, may roll in additional nuts or coconut flakes. Freeze if desired.
