Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, browned
- 2-14.5 oz undrained, diced tomatoes
- 1 large onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1- 6oz tomato paste
- 3 jalapeno peppers, diced and seeded
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 3 Tbls. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2-15oz cooked kidney beans, drainded, and rinsed
Steps:
- Combine and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Discard bay leaf before serving.
