Crockpot Sprouted Wheat Bread

Bread will have a tough outer crust and moist inside. Tastes great with soup!


  • 1 cup wheat berries


  • Soak overnight in quart jar covered with cheese cloth of sprouting cover. 
  • Rinse 2-3 times daily for 3 days, sprouts should be 1/4' long.
  • Process sprouted wheat berries until they resemble bread dough.
  • Shape dough into a small ball, place in small glass bowl that will fit into crockpot. 
  • Set the crockpot on low for 8 hours.
