Bread will have a tough outer crust and moist inside. Tastes great with soup!
- 1 cup wheat berries
- Soak overnight in quart jar covered with cheese cloth of sprouting cover.
- Rinse 2-3 times daily for 3 days, sprouts should be 1/4' long.
- Process sprouted wheat berries until they resemble bread dough.
- Shape dough into a small ball, place in small glass bowl that will fit into crockpot.
- Set the crockpot on low for 8 hours.
