Serve with the vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 cups cooked beans
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp sea salt
Steps:
- Blend beans, garlic, lime juice, and oil in food processor.
- Add herbs until coarsely chopped.
- Salt to taste.
