Fresh Herb Bean Spread

Serve with the vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 cups cooked beans
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Steps:

  • Blend beans, garlic, lime juice, and oil in food processor. 
  • Add herbs until coarsely chopped. 
  • Salt to taste.
