Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 1/8-inch thick slices of fresh ginger root (unpeeled is fine)
  • 2 cups water
  • lemon juice and honey

Steps:

  • Bring water to boil and add ginger root slices.
  • Boil until water is light brown in color; about 15 minutes.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and honey to taste.
