Ingredients:
- 2 Tbls. ghee
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup veggie broth
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 cups cooked long grain brown rice (prepare rice ahead of time)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbls. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 Tbls. olive oil
- pinch-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt ghee, place celery and onion in pan and cook until tender.
- In large bowl, stir celery, onion, and all remaining ingredients.
- Bake uncovered in an olive-oiled casserole dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
