Good for steamed veggies like leeks, brussel sprouts, and carrots.
- 2 Tbls. ghee
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbls. freshly ground or prepared horseradish
- 3 Tbls. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbls. fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 1/4 tsp sea salt
- black pepper to taste
- Combine and warm all ingredients over low heat. Toss with steamed vegetables and serve.
