Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Chickpeas (cooked)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 Tbsp. flax oil
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • * For variety add: cumin, coriander, roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, etc...

Steps:

  • Place ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Add olive oil if it needs to be thinned.
