Ingredients:
- 2 cups Chickpeas (cooked)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 Tbsp. flax oil
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- * For variety add: cumin, coriander, roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, etc...
Steps:
- Place ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. Add olive oil if it needs to be thinned.
