Ingredients:
- 5 cups vegetable broth
- 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups lentils, soaked overnight covered with 1' water, and then rinsed
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 3/4 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green or red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- a few sprinkles of seaweed
Steps:
- Combine and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Discard bay leaf before serving.
