Massaged Kale


  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1-2 Tbls. of olive, flax, or Udo's oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • any toppings you like


  • Remove the kale leaves from the stem and tear into bite-sized pieces. Start with half the bunch and add sea salt, pepper and oil. 
  • Start to massage adding the rest of the kale as it begins to wilt. Massage for about 2-3 minutes. This is just a blank canvas, so add any toppings you like.
