Ingredients:
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbls. basil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 14oz diced, undrained tomatoes
Steps:
- Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours. May add 1-2 cups cooked beans or cooked non-gluten grain, cover and cook on HIGH 15-20 minutes until warmed through.
