Paleo Ranch Dressing


  • 1 cup Home-made Mayonaisse (see recipe)
  • 1 cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, finely minced
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, smashed into a paste with a little sea salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • sea salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste


  • Combine mayonnaise, coconut milk, and vinegar in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk to combine.
  • Add dill and garlic and whisk to combine.
