- Sweet potatoes or baby red potatoes, thinly sliced
- Bragg's liquid aminos or sea salt
- olive oil
- stainless steel cookie sheet
- paprika to taste
- Turn broiler on low.
- Slice thin as many potatoes as desired. Spray or brush stainless steel cookie sheet with olive oil.
- Place potato slices on oiled cookie sheet.
- Mix Braggs with olive oil and lightly spray or brush potatoes.
- Place in oven and broil on low until lightly browned.
