Potato Chips


  • Sweet potatoes or baby red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • Bragg's liquid aminos or sea salt
  • olive oil
  • stainless steel cookie sheet
  • paprika to taste


  • Turn broiler on low.
  • Slice thin as many potatoes as desired. Spray or brush stainless steel cookie sheet with olive oil.
  • Place potato slices on oiled cookie sheet.
  • Mix Braggs with olive oil and lightly spray or brush potatoes.
  • Place in oven and broil on low until lightly browned.
