- 2 cups carrot juice
- 3/4 cup chopped pumpkin or butternut squash
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- generous sprinkle of cinnamon
- small sprinkle of nutmeg
- dash of sea salt
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender till smooth and creamy (if you dont have a high speed blender, steam the squash or pumpkin first).
- To make into a frozen treat, just freeze overnight. Let it thaw and them process in a blender or food processor until is is whipped and creamy.
