Pumpkin Pie in a Bowl


  • 2 cups carrot juice
  • 3/4 cup chopped pumpkin or butternut squash
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • generous sprinkle of cinnamon
  • small sprinkle of nutmeg
  • dash of sea salt


  • Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender till smooth and creamy (if you dont have a high speed blender, steam the squash or pumpkin first).
  • To make into a frozen treat, just freeze overnight. Let it thaw and them process in a blender or food processor until is is whipped and creamy. Adapted from Natalia Rose's Raw Food Life Force Energy
