Ingredients:
- 1 cup rinsed quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 Tbls. tahini
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbls. minced onion
- 2 Tbls. minced parsley
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 Tbls. coconut oil
Steps:
- Bring water to boil. Add quinoa, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool until you can touch it, but do not refrigerate it.
- Add remaining ingredients to cooked quinoa, except oil. Mix and shape into 6-8 patties. Heat coconut oil and brown patties.
