Raw Berry Pie

Ingredients:

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup soaked raisins
  • Honey to taste
  • Filling:
  • 5 cups berries
  • 1 1/2 Tb honey, depending on the sweetness of the berries

Steps:

  • Put all the crust ingredients into a food processor, chop, then press into a pie pan.
  • Blend 4 cups of the berries and honey until smooth.
  • Stir in whole berries and pour into crust.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve.
