You could also make these into crackers.
- 2 cups sprouted grain, buckwheat or wheatberries
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- herbs and spices as desired, rosemary, chives, Italian spices, caraway
- sea salt to taste
- Process in food processor or blender until smooth.
- Spread over Teflex sheet and score into crouton size pieces using a pizza cutter.
- Dehydrate at 114 for about 8 hours. Check and dehydrate longer for desired crispiness.
