Raw Croutons

You could also make these into crackers.


  • 2 cups sprouted grain, buckwheat or wheatberries
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • herbs and spices as desired, rosemary, chives, Italian spices, caraway
  • sea salt to taste


  • Process in food processor or blender until smooth. 
  • Spread over Teflex sheet and score into crouton size pieces using a pizza cutter.
  • Dehydrate at 114 for about 8 hours. Check and dehydrate longer for desired crispiness.
