- 2-4 large fennel bulb, chopped into quarters
- Sea salt
- Olive oil, lard or coconut oil
- Optional apple cider vinegar
- In a cover dish, place the fennel bulb with sea salt to taste.
- Brush them with your melted oil of choice.
- Sprinkle 1-2 tsp vinegar over fennel if desired.
- Cook on 400 degrees until soft (about an hour).
