Roasted Fennel


  • 2-4 large fennel bulb, chopped into quarters
  • Sea salt
  • Olive oil, lard or coconut oil
  • Optional apple cider vinegar


  • In a cover dish, place the fennel bulb with sea salt to taste. 
  • Brush them with your melted oil of choice. 
  • Sprinkle 1-2 tsp vinegar over fennel if desired. 
  • Cook on 400 degrees until soft (about an hour).
