Scottish Shortbread

Serve with strawberries for strawberry shortcake!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups nut flour
  • 6 Tbs. melted butter
  • 2 1/2 Tbs. honey

Steps:

  • Mix and press into a 9x12 inch pan.
  • Poke with a fork. Bake until golden brown. 
  • Cool and cut into 8 wedges.
