Ingredients:
- Purchase 1 or 2 large racks of ribs at the organic grocer.
Steps:
- Thaw if necessary.
- Rub with sea salt and any other fresh seasonings you choose (just sea salt is delicious).
- For my kids, I will baste one half of the ribs in a natural bbq sauce and leave 1 half plain for myself.
- Place in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hrs.
- Enjoy with fresh salad. Roasted vegetables may be added to this meal for more variety.
