Slow Cooker Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Purchase 1 or 2 large racks of ribs at the organic grocer.

Steps:

  • Thaw if necessary. 
  • Rub with sea salt and any other fresh seasonings you choose (just sea salt is delicious).
  • For my kids, I will baste one half of the ribs in a natural bbq sauce and leave 1 half plain for myself.
  • Place in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hrs. 
  • Enjoy with fresh salad. Roasted vegetables may be added to this meal for more variety.
