Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups sprouted (1 day) sunflower seeds. Soak overnight, rinse morning and evening for 1 day
- 1 cup lentils, soaked and sprouted 2 days
- 1 medium minced onion
- 1 Tbls. minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic chili oil
- 1 Tbls. Nama Shoyu
- 2 pinches chili powder
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Coat beans in oil and seasonings.
- Spread as a single layer on baking sheet.
- Roast, stirring every 20 minutes for about 1 hour until crisp.
- Store in airtight container.
