Spicy Party Mix

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups sprouted (1 day) sunflower seeds. Soak overnight, rinse morning and evening for 1 day
  • 1 cup lentils, soaked and sprouted 2 days
  • 1 medium minced onion
  • 1 Tbls. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic chili oil
  • 1 Tbls. Nama Shoyu
  • 2 pinches chili powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. 
  • Coat beans in oil and seasonings. 
  • Spread as a single layer on baking sheet.
  •  Roast, stirring every 20 minutes for about 1 hour until crisp. 
  • Store in airtight container.
