Ingredients:
- 1 cup juice or water or a combination of both (apple is good)
- 1 Handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
- Recommended additions:
- 1 tsp green drink powder (or a spirulina powder etc…)
- 1 tsp liquid minerals
- 1 tsp fiber powder (Fiber Plus, ground flax seeds or psyllium husk)
- 1 tsp carob (good with 1 tsp dried lavender)
- 1 tbsp soaked Chia Seed Berries (available in spice section of Coop)
- 1-2 tsp Black Cherry Concentrate (good for kidneys, high minerals)
- 1 tsp ground Milk Thistle (supports the liver)
