Sunrise Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup juice or water or a combination of both (apple is good)
  • 1 Handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • Recommended additions:
  • 1 tsp green drink powder (or a spirulina powder etc…)
  • 1 tsp liquid minerals
  • 1 tsp fiber powder (Fiber Plus, ground flax seeds or psyllium husk)
  • 1 tsp carob (good with 1 tsp dried lavender)
  • 1 tbsp soaked Chia Seed Berries (available in spice section of Coop)
  • 1-2 tsp Black Cherry Concentrate (good for kidneys, high minerals)
  • 1 tsp ground Milk Thistle (supports the liver)

Steps:

  • Combine in a blender until smooth. Make your own variations with peaches, blueberries, pear, apple, pineapple, etc…
