- 1 Apple or Pear
- ½ C Fresh Berries (your favorite)
- 1/3-1/2 C Water
- 4 Plums
- 1-2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- Chop apple or pear and plums.
- Combine with berries and water in a small sauce pan.
- Cook on low heat until apple is mushy.
- Add maple syrup to taste. Serves 2-3.
