Sweet Potato Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 sweet potato
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 Tbls. olive oil

Steps:

  • Grate or thinly slice sweet potatoes, toss in oil with a pinch of sea salt. 
  • Dehydrate for 6 hours at 114 degrees, or bake on the lowest oven temperature and watch carefully.
