Tuna Salad


  • Find yellowfin/skipjack or other kind of low-mercury tuna at the organic groceries.


  • Open can or bag and drain.
  • Mix with avocado mayonnaise or home-made mayo (see Mayo recipe) and a little dijon mustard, or else drizzle olive oil and apple cider vinegar into bowl with tuna. 
  • Serve on top of a large salad or in large lettuce leaves as the roll.
  • Add organic pickles, cubed.
