  • Dehydrate all excess onions, greens, green beans, celery, carrots, herbs, beets, and any other vegetables.
  • May grind to a powder or keep in pieces for additions to soups or stews.
  • To rehydrate: one teaspoon to 1 cup boiling water if using powder. Or, one cup vegetable pieces to two cups water.
