Ingredients:
- 15 oz cooked black beans
- 15 oz cooked white beans
- 1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup minced onion
- 2 diced red peppers
- 2 minced jalapeno peppers
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- pinch of cayenne
- 3- 14.5 oz cans crushed tomatoes
- 6 Tbls. cilantro as garnish
Steps:
- Place all, but cilantro, into crockpot on LOW for 6-8 hours or HI for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with fresh cilantro before serving.
